I read the 5 min charts.
RUT should be able to reach 1028, while SPX might only reach 1665-1667.

So far the SPX/RUT let the last middle line position a little bit lower, which could cause the final top target lower (like 1660/1025).

By the way, such setup would fail if SPX/RUT broke 1640/1009.

Let me update the charts again.

SPX: from 1640, middle line at 1052, target 1064.
RUT: from 1009, middle line at 1018, target 1027.
